Frequently asked questions about our air conditioning units

How does the GoodCooling air conditioner work?

Our devices cool the air using a simple natural process called the adiabatic process. The evaporation of the water reduces the air temperature. A pump distributes the water over the natural honeycomb cellulose filter. The warm air is sucked in through the filter. The evaporation of the water removes the heat from the air and fresh, clean and cool air comes out.

Which models are available?

We offer two models: GoodCooling Y15 and GoodCooling Y20. Both differ in size, cooling capacity and energy consumption to meet your individual needs. The models are available in 2 different colors.

How sustainable are the devices?

Our devices reduce the carbon footprint and are equipped with highly efficient technology to save water and energy - ideal for sustainable cooling. The air is cleaned of particles.

What is an adiabatic process?

This is a thermodynamic process in which a system is transferred from one state to another without exchanging heat with its surroundings.

What are the costs of operation?

The running costs vary depending on the model and usage. For example, water consumption for the Y15 costs €0.32* and power consumption at full load for the Y20 costs €1.65 for 10 hours.

How long does delivery take?

We currently have a sufficient quantity of devices in stock. For larger orders, a delivery time of up to 12 weeks can be expected.

Are the delivery costs included in the purchase price?

The price does not include delivery costs.
The shipping company agrees the delivery costs directly with the customer. The costs depend on the zones and the number of items.
