Shipping costs
Delivery is carried out by our logistics partner 3LOG. Shipping costs depend on the model ordered:

Delivery time
The delivery time is 2–6 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that delivery times may be somewhat longer in peak season (summer).
Delivery terms
1. Delivery is by shipping only. Unfortunately, collection in person is not possible.
2. We currently deliver within Austria only. For orders from other countries, please contact us in advance at office@goodcooling.com.
3. If a parcel arrives damaged, please note this with the courier immediately and inform us promptly by email (office@goodcooling.com) or by telephone (+43 660 877 3388).
